LCD (Change Working Library or Directory on Local System)
FTP client subcommand

- The name of a library, folder, or directory on the local system.
Notes: - The LCD subcommand does not change the current library entry of the library
list.
- When using the subcommand CD (or LCD) to change from one file system to
another file system, you must specify the "root" directory, for
example, /QDLS or /QOPT.
