Read database records using an arrival sequence access path

These read operations are allowed if the file was defined with an arrival sequence access path or with a keyed sequence access path with the ignore-keyed-sequence-access-path option specified on the Open Database File (OPNDBF) or the Open Query File (OPNQRYF) command.

• Read next operation
  This operation positions the file to the next record that is not deleted in the arrival sequence access path, and gets that record.
• Read previous operation
  This operation positions the file to the previous active record in the arrival sequence access path, and gets that record.
• Read first operation
  This operation positions the file to the first active record in the arrival sequence access path, and gets that record.
• Read last operation
  This operation positions the file to the last active record in the arrival sequence access path, and gets that record.
• Read same operation
  This operation gets the record that is identified by the current position in the file. The file position is not changed.
• Read by relative record number operation
  This operation positions the file to the record in the arrival sequence access path that is identified by the relative record number, and gets that record.
