Configure service provider information

Occasionally, you may need to contact a service provider directly, over the telephone, for assistance. Complete the steps below to configure voice contacts for service and support:

1. On the command line of the main menu, type WRKCNTINF and press Enter. The Work with Support Contact Information dialog appears.
2. On the command line, type 6 (Work with service providers), and press Enter.
3. Select option 2 to change the *IBMSRV Control Point Entry, and press Enter. The Change Service Provider dialog appears.
4. If you are installing this server in the United States, type the following on the Change Service Provider display:
   Hardware service: 1-800-426-7378
   Software service: 1-800-237-5511

   If you are not installing this server in the United States, call your service representative for the service telephone numbers.

5. Press Enter.
6. Press F3 (Exit) to return to the Work with Support Contact Information dialog.
