Cover letters provide information about
the fixes that they accompany. 
The primary function of a cover letter is to convey any special
instructions that can exist when you install your fixes. Therefore, it is
important that you review the cover letters prior to installing your fixes.

You can delete old cover letters to save space on your system as part of the
