- Verify that you have a secure Telnet server by associating a certificate
with the Telnet server application QIBM_QTV_TELNET_SERVER.
- Ping your host system to verify your TCP/IP connection and network
status.
- Determine whether the Telnet server is started.
- Determine whether the Telnet server is configured to allow SSL
connections.
