After you have collected the inventory, you can view the inventory list and right-click any item in the list to see the actions you can perform on the item.
For example, to display the inventory of all installed products on an endpoint system, select Software Inventory () This is a very easy way to see what software is installed on the endpoint system. The Status column reflects the current status of the software (Installed or Installed and supported) at the time of the last inventory collection (which is shown above the list).
It is recommended that you schedule the collection of all your system inventories on a recurring basis to keep your central system's inventory current.
