This advisor is for installing Windows 2000 Server or Windows Server 2003 on your iSeries server.
The goal of this advisor is to help you prepare to install Windows server on iSeries. The advisor will not install the product for you, but it will guide you through answering questions about the parameters you will need to install Windows server. You can install Windows server once you have completed the advisor, or at a later date.
The advisor builds a summary sheet that you can use when installing Windows server. In addition, you will have a results page with a command string that you can copy and paste to install your Windows server.
There are approximately fifty pages in this advisor, all of which require you to enter information. It will probably take you at least thirty minutes to complete.
