Stop file sharing

To stop the sharing of an integrated file system directory, follow these steps:

1. Open a connection to iSeries Navigator on your iSeries.
2. Expand Network.
3. Expand Servers.
4. Click TCP/IP to retrieve a list of the TCP/IP servers available.
5. Right-click iSeries NetServer and select Open.
6. Expand Shared Objects.
7. Right-click a shared file and select Stop Sharing.
   Note:
   A file share that is stopped is still available to all clients that are already using the share. A stopped file share is not available for any new client requests. Any attempts to create a new connection to the stopped share will fail.
