Specifies the name of the optical file about which to display information.

This is a required parameter.

Qualifier 1: Optical file

name: Specify the name of the optical file whose attributes are to be displayed.

Qualifier 2: Library

*LIBL: All libraries in the job's library list are searched until the first match is found.
*CURLIB: The current library for the job is where the file is located. If no library is specified as the current library for the job, QGPL is used.
name: Specify the name of the library where the optical file is located.

Specifies the amount of detail that is provided about the optical file.

*BASIC: The display or listing contains the name and basic information about the optical file.
*FULL: In addition to the information provided by the *BASIC parameter, a list of all keys and fields is provided.
*VOLUMES: The display or listing contains a list of all volumes (optical disks) where this optical file is located.
*FIELDS: The display or listing contains a list of all fields and their attributes for this optical file.
*KEYS: The display or listing contains a list of all key fields and their attributes for this optical file.
*SERVICE: All information concerning the optical file is provided.

Specifies where the output for the command is sent.
