The Destroy Algorithm Context (OPM, QC3DESAX; ILE, Qc3DestroyAlgorithmContext) API destroys an algorithm context created by the Create Algorithm Context (OPM, QC3CRTAX; ILE, Qc3CreateAlgorithmContext) API.
