The Display Scroller top (QsnDspSclT) API positions the scroller at the first line in the scroller area. As many lines following the first line as can fit in the scroller area are displayed as well.

A handle for the session to be manipulated.

Omissible Parameter

Error code: I/O; CHAR(*)
