Use the ActiveX Data Objects (ADO) and the OLE DB interfaces to take advantage of this support.</p> <div class="section"><p>The iSeries Access for Windows<sup>®</sup> OLE DB Providers, along with the Programmer's Toolkit, make iSeries client/server application development quick and easy from the Windows client PC. The iSeries Access for Windows OLE DB Provider component gives iSeries programmers record-level access interfaces to iSeries logical and physical DB2 Universal Database™ (UDB) for iSeries database files. In addition, they provide support for SQL, data queues, programs, and commands. If you use Visual Basic, the Visual Basic Wizards make it simple and easy to develop customized, working applications.</p> </div> <div class="section"><p>ADO and OLE DB standards provide programmers with consistent interfaces to iSeries server data and services.
