<h1 class="topictitle1">Add a schedule to a holiday calendar</h1>
<div><p>A holiday calendar is an exception calendar for days that you do
not want to process an Advanced Job Scheduler job. Alternate days can be specified
for each exception day that you specify in a holiday calendar. </p>
<div class="section">To add a schedule to a holiday calendar, follow these steps:</div>
<ol><li><span>Expand <span class="uicontrol">Work Management</span> from your iSeries
Navigator window.</span></li>
<li><span>Right-click <span class="uicontrol">Advanced Job Scheduler</span> and click <span class="uicontrol">Properties</span>.</span></li>
<li><span>On the <span class="uicontrol">General</span> page, click <span class="uicontrol">Holiday
Calendars</span>.</span></li>
<li><span>On the Holiday Calendars page, select the holiday calendar and
click <span class="uicontrol">Properties</span>.</span></li>
<li><span>From the lower left hand corner of the tab, click <span class="uicontrol">Schedules</span>.</span></li>
<li><span>Select the appropriate schedule and click <span class="uicontrol">Add</span>.</span></li>
<li><span>To change the <span class="uicontrol">Alternate day</span>, right-click
the schedule from the <span class="uicontrol">Selected Schedules</span> list and click
the correct <span class="uicontrol">Alternate Day</span>.</span></li>
