<div><p>Find the latest status of a reported problem using
WRKPRB.</p>
<ol><li><span>Type <tt>WRKPRB</tt> on any command line and press the Enter key.
The Work with Problems display appears.</span></li>
<li><span>Find the problem entry for which you want to query the status.
To start a query, the problem entry must have a status of Answered or Sent.</span></li>
<li><span>Type <tt>option 8</tt> (Work with problem) next to the problem
entry. The Work with Problem menu appears.</span></li>
<li><span>Select option 41 (Query problem status text). The Results of the
query are shown.</span></li>

have a Fix request specified in the problem description column of the Work
with Problem display.</div>
