<div><div class="section"><p>After completing the NAWT install and setup procedures, you can

verify your NAWT installation by running a Java™ test program. To run the test program
|
||
|
|
from an <span class="keyword">i5/OS™</span> command line,
|
||
|
|
type the following command and press ENTER:</p>
|
||
|
|
<pre> JAVA CLASS(NAWTtest) CLASSPATH('/QIBM/ProdData/Java400') PROP((os400.awt.native true))</pre>

<p>The test program creates a JPEG-encoded image and saves it to the following
|
||
|
|
path in the integrated file system:</p>
|
||
|
|
<pre> /tmp/NAWTtest.jpg</pre>
|
||

<p>After

|
|
you run the test program, check to ensure that the test program created
|
||
|
|
the file and produced no Java exceptions. To display the image, use
|
||
|
|
binary mode to upload the image file to a graphics-capable system.</p>
