<p>See the following procedures when creating a Universal Connection
between your iSeries&trade; server and IBM&reg; electronic customer support. As an alternative,
you can review the Universal Connection scenarios and follow the scenario
that matches your site's configuration requirements.</p>
<p><span class="bold">Universal Connection wizard procedures</span></p>
<p>The following procedures involve creating a configuration
through the Universal Connection wizard or CL commands. After preparing to
configure the Universal Connection, choose a configuration procedure that
best fits your site's hardware and software setup.</p>
