<p>WebShere Application Server - Express provides two tools to help you develop and manage your SOAP services. The SoapEarEnabler tool is a Java application that enables a set of SOAP services within an Enterprise Application Archive (EAR) file. Also provided is a modified version of the Apache SOAP XML Admin interface for each SOAP enabled EAR file.</p>
