<div><div class="section">After collecting system values inventory, you need to take the Kerberos
|
||
|
|
settings that were selected on the central system and apply them to each of
|
||
|
|
the target systems in the MyCo2 system group. To update the target systems
|
||
|
|
in the MyCo2 system group, complete the following tasks:</div>
|
||

<ol><li class="stepexpand"><span>In iSeries™ Navigator,
|
||
|
|
expand <span class="menucascade"><span class="uicontrol">Management Central (iSeriesA)</span> > <span class="uicontrol">System
|
||
|
|
Group</span></span>.</span></li>
|
||
|
|
<li class="stepexpand"><span>Right-click <span class="uicontrol">MyCo2 system group</span> and select <span class="menucascade"><span class="uicontrol">System Values</span> > <span class="uicontrol">Compare and Update</span></span>.</span></li>

<li class="stepexpand"><span>Complete the fields on the <span class="uicontrol">Compare and Update - MyCo2
|
||
|
|
system group</span> dialog box:</span><ol type="a"><li><span>Select <span class="uicontrol">iSeries A</span> for the <span class="uicontrol">Model

system</span> field.</span></li>

||

<li><span>Select <span class="uicontrol">Management Central</span> for the <span class="uicontrol">Category</span> field.</span></li>

<li><span>From the list of <span class="uicontrol">Items to compare</span>, select <span class="uicontrol">Use
|

|
|
Kerberos authentication to verify requests</span> and <span class="uicontrol">Kerberos
|
||
|
|
authentication trust level</span>.</span></li>

<li class="stepexpand"><span>Verify that the target systems in the MyCo2 system group are displayed
|

in the list of target systems and click <span class="uicontrol">OK</span> to start
|

the update. </span> This will update each of the target systems within

the MyCo2 system group with the Kerberos authentication settings that were
|
||
|
|
selected on the model system.</li>

<li class="stepexpand"><span>By default, a dialog box is displayed that indicates the Compare
|
||
|
|
and Update task has started. However, if you have changed the default setting,
|
||
|
|
this dialog box is not displayed. Click <span class="uicontrol">OK</span>.</span></li>

|
||
|
|
verify that the update completes on each system, and close the dialog box.</span></li>
