Match iSeries system parameters for 4684 retail controllers

You must coordinate parameter values with the iSeries™ server and the 4684 retail controller
when running IBM® Retail Industry Programming Support Services (RIPSS). The following
table lists those parameters.

iSeries parameters are listed in alphabetical order; the commands on
which the parameters are specified are included in the rightmost column of
the table.

For more information about configuring for RIPSS on the 4684, see the IBM Retail Industry Programming Support Services:
Planning and Installation Guide,
SC33-0650.

To configure the iSeries server to a 4684 controller:

See Example: iSeries server connection to a 4690 retail controller for an example of an iSeries server connecting
to a 4690 retail controller.
