<div><p>Use the Work with Alerts (WRKALR) command to remotely analyze system-detected
problems that cause the service requester to create and send them to the service
provider.</p>
<div class="section">To remotely analyze system-detected problems, perform
the following steps:</div>
<ol><li><span>Type <tt>WRKALR</tt> on any command line and press the Enter key.</span></li>
<li><span>Press F11 (Display user/group) to show the problem IDs associated
with the alerts.</span></li>
<li><span>Type <tt>9</tt> (Work with problem) in the Opt column next to the
alert that is associated with the problem you want to analyze. Then press
Enter (or press F18 (Work with problem) to work with the problem log).</span></li>
<li><span>Type <tt>8</tt> (Work with problem) in the Opt column next to the
problem you want to analyze.</span></li>
<li><span>Select option 1 (Analyze problem) from the Work with Problem menu.</span></li>
