<div><p>To use a message file for the Standard Time names and Daylight

Saving Time names, you need to create a message file that specifies the names

to use. </p>

<li class="stepexpand"><span>Type the following command from a command line and press F4:</span> <pre>CRTMSGF</pre>
|
|||

<li class="stepexpand"><span>Specify MYTZMSG for the name of the message file.</span></li>

<li class="stepexpand"><span>Specify MYLIB for the name of the library to store the message
|
|||
|

file, or specify the name of an existing library.</span></li>

Standard Time' for the second-level text message, including the single quotation
