<div><p><span>With iSeries™ Navigator , you can to find and

manage printer output from two locations: Basic operations and work management.</span></p>

||

<div class="section"><ul><li>To see a list of spooled files waiting specifically for printing, expand <span class="uicontrol">Basic
|
||
|
|
Operations</span>, and then click <span class="uicontrol">Printer Output</span>.
|
||

This displays all spooled files associated with the current user. You can
|
||
|
|
work with other print jobs by selecting <span class="menucascade"><span class="uicontrol">View</span> > <span class="uicontrol">Customize this view</span> > <span class="uicontrol">Include</span></span> from
|
||
|
|
the iSeries Navigator
|
||
|
|
menu. Right-click a spooled file to hold, release, move, or delete the print
|
||
|
|
job, or convert it to a PDF. Additionally, you can select <span class="uicontrol">Properties</span> to
|
||
|
|
change many of the spooled file attributes.</li>
|
||
|
|
<li>To see a list of all output queues, expand <span class="uicontrol">Work Management</span>,
|
||
|
|
and then click <span class="uicontrol">Output queues</span>. This will display all
|
||
|
|
output queues for all users. An output queue is an object that contains a
|
||
|
|
list of spooled files to be written to an output device, such as a printer.
|
||
|
|
Select any output queue to display the list of spooled files for that queue.</li>

||
