Support is part of the IBM<sup>®</sup> eServer™ Technical Support Advantage, which is IBM's
comprehensive technical service and support for <span class="keyword">IBM Systems</span>.</p>

Support includes support built right into the product and iSeries Navigator
as well as support tools available over the Web. Some Extreme Support tools
are PM iSeries over
TCP/IP, Electronic
Service Agent™, and inventory consolidation with Management Central.</p>
