<div><p>The following example shows how to retrieve files from several remote hosts

to a central iSeries™ in

batch mode.</p>

steps:</p>

||

<ol><li>Retrieve files from hosts SYSNAMRS (RS/6000<sup>®</sup>) and MVAX (VAX).</li>
|
||
|
|
<li>After retrieving the file from SYSNAMRS, the file should be transferred
|
||
|
|
to SYSNAM02 (another iSeries) using FTP.</li>
|
||
|
|
<li>From there the file is to be sent using TCP/IP to iSeries SYSNAM14.</li>
|
||
