<h1 id="rzahqprb">Troubleshoot integrated Windows&reg; servers</h1>
<p>If your integrated server is not functioning properly, follow these steps
to attempt to correct the problem:</p>
<ol type="1">
<li>Try restarting the integrated server. See <a href="rzahqstartnstop.htm#rzahqstartnstop">Start and stop an integrated server</a>.</li>
<li>Display information about the NWSD and its associated lines, controllers,
and devices. See <a href="rzahqconfiginfo.htm#rzahqconfiginfo">View or change integrated Windows server configuration information</a>.</li>
<li>If the problem persists, look for helpful information in the logs. See <a href="rzahqmsgpi.htm#rzahqmsgpi">Check message and job logs</a> .</li>
<li>Next look for the specific problem in the section <a href="rzahqtrbpo.htm#rzahqtrbpo">Problems with integrated Windows servers</a>.</li>
<li>Also check the Informational APARs for the latest tips and service information.
