<div class="section"><p>GUI Builder makes creating a toolbar simple. From the menu bar

on the GUI Builder window, select <strong>File</strong> --> <strong>New File</strong>. </p>

the <strong>Insert Tool Bar</strong> tool button to display a panel builder where

you can insert the components for your toolbar.</p>
