<div><p>With problem analysis, you can gather more information about a
problem to either solve it or to report it without the help of a hardware
service provider.</p>
<div class="section"> <p>You can run problem analysis on messages that are highlighted
(basic assistance level) or have an asterisk (*) next to them (intermediate
assistance level). If you do not see any of these messages, you might not
be authorized to the Work with Problem (WRKPRB) command, or the message does
not support additional problem analysis.</p>
<p>To run the Work
with Problem (WRKPRB) command for messages that are highlighted, follow these
steps:</p>

<li><span>Press F14 (Work with problem)</span></li>
