<div><p>These read operations are allowed if the file was defined with
an arrival sequence access path or with a keyed sequence access path with
the ignore-keyed-sequence-access-path option specified on the Open Database
File (OPNDBF) or the Open Query File (OPNQRYF) command.</p>

that you specify using your high-level language. Your high-level language
might not allow all of the following read operations. See your high-level
language topic collection to determine which operations are allowed.</div>

This operation positions the file to the record in the arrival sequence access path that is identified by the relative record number, and gets that record.</li>
