<p>The Load Question and Answer Database (LODQSTDB) command allows you to load a Question and Answer (Q &amp; A) database from an alternative medium (such as tape) to the system. More information is available in the Basic System Operation information in the iSeries Information Center at http://www.ibm.com/eserver/iseries/infocenter.
</p>
<p><b>Restrictions:</b>
</p>
<ol>
<li>This command is shipped with public *EXCLUDE authority.
</li>
<li>A user must have authority to the command and be a Q &amp; A coordinator for any Q &amp; A database referred to by the command.
</li>
<li>This command can only be used interactively.
</li>

<p>Specifies the Q &amp; A database to be loaded.
</p>
<p>The possible values are:

<dd>You are asked to specify a Q &amp; A database. If only one Q &amp; A database exists on the system, it is the default.

<dd>Specify the name of the Q &amp; A database to be used.
<ul>
<li>If the Q &amp; A database already exists on your system, the supplied subset of the Q &amp; A database will be replaced.
</li>
<li>If the Q &amp; A database does not exist on your system, it will be created in the specified library.
</li>
</ul>

<p>The possible library values are:

<dd>The library default for this command is QUSRSYS.

<dt><b><i>library-name</i></b></dt>
<dd>Specify the library where the Q &amp; A database is to be loaded. The library must exist on the system.
