<div><p>XML Scripting for iSeries™ uses an XML formatted file to accomplish
a set of tasks on an iSeries. These tasks are grouped in "targets" which
allow a different set of tasks to be run in different invocations of the XML
Scripting for iSeries tool.
The targets can have dependencies on each other.</p>
<p>The XML Scripting for iSeries tool is inspired by Apache Ant, but it is
not compatible with that product and has a different focus. Currently, the
tool is available only in the English language and has no extension API. </p>
