not require pre-configuration of an iSeries server connection to connect

to and use that system. For this reason, programs that need to connect to

an iSeries server

(either explicitly, by calling <span class="apiname">cwbCO_Connect</span>, or implicitly,
|
||
|
as the result of a call to a different API such as <span class="apiname">cwbRC_RunCmd</span>)
|
||
|
do not need to check to see if the connection has been pre-configured. Therefore,
|
||
|
the above API no longer should be necessary.</p>
