in a cluster, it is strongly recommended that you first remove the configuration

object of the disk pool from the switchable device, also known as a device

cluster resource group (CRG). To delete configuration object of a disk pool
|
||
|
|
from a switchable device, follow these steps: <div class="p">To delete a disk pool from
|
||
|
|
a switchable device, follow these steps:<ol><li> In iSeries™ Navigator,
|
||
|
|
expand <span class="menucascade"><span class="uicontrol">Management Central</span> > <span class="uicontrol">Clusters</span></span>.</li>

<li>Expand the <span class="menucascade"><span class="uicontrol"><var class="varname">cluster name containing switchable
|
||
|
|
device</var></span> > <span class="uicontrol">Switchable Devices</span></span>.</li>
|
||

<li>Click the name of the switchable device.</li>
|
||
|

<li>In the right-hand pane of iSeries Navigator, right-click the disk
|
||
|
|
pool, and select <span class="uicontrol">Remove</span>.</li>
