<h2>Network Selection APIs</h2>
|
||

||
|
|
<p>The network selection APIs provide the means to choose the transport on
|
||
|
|
which an application should run. These APIs are typically used by the
|
||
|
|
applications that use the intermediate-level and expert-level TI-RPC APIs.</p>
|
||
|

||

<p>The network selection APIs are:</p>

||

<li><A HREF="getnet_config.htm">getnetconfig()</A> (Return current record from the netconfig file) returns the pointer to the current record in the netconfig file and increments its pointer to the next record.</li>

<li><A HREF="getnet_configent.htm">getnetconfigent()</A> (Return a pointer to a netconfig structure) returns the pointer to the netconfig structure that corresponds to the input netid.</li>

<li><A HREF="setnet_config.htm">setnetconfig()</A> (Initialize the pointer in the netconfig file) initializes the record pointer to the first entry in the netconfig file.</li>
