<div><div class="section">After completing the update for each of the target systems within
|
||
|
|
the MyCo2 system group, you need to restart all the Management Central servers
|
||
|
|
on the central and target systems. To restart these Management Central servers,
|
||
|
|
complete the following tasks:</div>
|
||
|
|
<ol><li><span>In iSeries™ Navigator
|
||
|
|
expand <span class="menucascade"><span class="uicontrol">My connections</span> > <span class="uicontrol">iSeriesA</span> > <span class="uicontrol">Network</span> > <span class="uicontrol">Servers</span> > <span class="uicontrol">TCP/IP</span></span>.</span></li>
|
||
|
|
<li><span>Right-click <span class="uicontrol">Management Central</span> and select <span class="uicontrol">Stop</span>.
|
||
|
|
Wait until the Management Central server has stopped. Press F5 to refresh
|
||
|
|
the screen and view the status in the right pane. The status should display <span class="uicontrol">Stopped</span> when
|
||
|
|
the server has stopped.</span></li>
|
||
|
|
<li><span>Right-click <span class="uicontrol">Management Central</span> and select <span class="uicontrol">Start</span>.
|
||
|
|
This will restart the Management Central servers on the Central System.</span></li>
|
||
|
|
<li><span>Repeat steps 1-3 on the target systems: iSeries B, iSeries C, and iSeries D.</span></li>
