<div><p>As your network security requirements change, you must edit your
rules to ensure that they complement your new security strategy.</p>
<div class="section"><p>However, before you can edit your active packet rules, you must
first deactivate them. Then, use the Packet Rules Editor in iSeries™ Navigator
to make the necessary changes to your rules. Make sure that you verify and
then reactivate the rules when you finish editing them.</p>
