<p>To make sure your PC meets iSeries Navigator requirements, refer

and software requirements</a>. For more information on installing iSeries Navigator

||
|

to your PC, refer to <a href="../rzahg/rzahginav.htm">iSeries Navigator</a>.</p>

<p>Along with iSeries Navigator,
|
||
|
|
you may want to install <a href="../rzajr/rzajropconoverview.htm">Operations Console</a> of iSeries Access. Operations console allows
|
||
|
|
you to use a directly cabled, LAN-attached or remote PC to access and control
|
||
|
|
an iSeries console
|
||
|
|
and the remote control panel for logical partitions.</p>
|
||
|
|
<p>You can start iSeries Navigator
|
||
|
|
by double-clicking the iSeries Navigator icon on your Windows desktop.
|
||
|
|
When you are asked if you want to create an iSeries connection, click <span class="uicontrol">Yes</span>and
|
||
|
|
follow the instructions in the Connection wizard. You must have operation
|
||
|
|
or administration authority to use iSeries Navigator.</p>
