to create GUIs by using the existing <a href="vpanes.htm#vpanes">AS400Panes</a>.

You also have the option to create your own GUIs using the Java™ Foundation

Classes (JFC). The <a href="javadoc/com/ibm/as400/vaccess/VSystemStatus.html"> VSystemStatus</a> object represents a system status on the
|
||
|
|
server. The <a href="vsyspool.htm#vsyspool">VSystemPool</a> object
|
||
|
|
represents a system pool on the server. The <a href="vsyspane.htm#vsyspane"> VSystemStatusPane</a> represents
|
||
|
|
a visual pane that displays the system status information.</p>

the status of a server session within a GUI environment:</p>
