<div><p>Find the latest status of a reported problem using QRYPRBSTS.</p>
<ol><li class="stepexpand"><span>Type <tt>QRYPRBSTS</tt> on any command line, and press the F4 key.
The Query Problem Status (QRYPRBSTS) display appears.</span> <div class="note"><span class="notetitle">Note:</span> Currently,
the QRYPRBSTS command is not enabled to query hardware problems.</div>

<li class="stepexpand"><span>If you know the problem management record (PMR) number, type <tt>*PMR</tt> in
the <span class="uicontrol">Problem identifier</span> field and press the Enter key.
Additional fields appear on the display. Type the PMR number in the <span class="uicontrol">Service
number</span> field and press the Enter key. If you know the WRKPRB problem
ID number, type the 10-digit ID number for the problem in the <span class="uicontrol">Problem
identifier</span> field and press the Enter key. If you don't know the
problem ID number, see "Finding a previously reported problem" in the "Related
topics" section for instructions on how to find this 10-digit number.</span></li>
<li class="stepexpand"><span>After the query is complete, enter: WRKPRB xxxxxxxxxx (where xxxxxxxxxx
is the 10-digit problem ID number). The Work with Problem display appears.</span></li>
<li class="stepexpand"><span>Type <tt>option 12</tt> (Enter text) next to the problem entry
and press Enter. The Select Text Type display appears.</span></li>
<li class="stepexpand"><span>Select option 10 (Query Status text). The Query results are shown.</span></li>
