starts the <span class="keyword">i5/OS</span> PASE environment

automatically but starts in 32-bit mode by default. If you require <span class="keyword">i5/OS</span> PASE to run in 64-bit mode,

then you need to set the QIBM_JAVA_PASE_STARTUP environment variable prior
