<h1 class="topictitle1">Unlock multiple DDM files on the <span class="cmdname">DLCOBJ</span> command</h1>
<div><p>One <span class="cmdname">DLCOBJ</span> command can be used to specify multiple
DDM files that are associated with remote files that might be located on multiple
target servers. In most cases, the command attempts to release as many of
the specified locks as possible.</p>
<div class="section"><p> For example:</p>
<ul><li>If one of the DDM files specified on the <span class="cmdname">DLCOBJ</span> command
refers to a remote file that is not a database file, that lock is not released;
but the specified locks on the remote files associated with the other DDM
files specified are released if, of course, they are valid.</li>
<li>If a user tries to release a lock that he did not place on a file by a
previous <span class="cmdname">ALCOBJ</span> command, that part of the request is rejected
and an informational message is returned to the user.</li>
