<p>Use the Change CICS Terminal Control Table (CHGCICSTCT) command to change an entry in the TCT.
|
||
|

</p>

||
|

<p>Each TCT entry defines one of the following:
|
||
|
|
</p>
|
||
|
|
<ul>
|
||
|
|
<li>The characteristics of a display terminal or printer that may be used by transactions running on this system. The terminal may be local or remote.
|
||
|
|
</li>
|
||
|
|
<li>A model terminal for automatic installation (autoinstall). Since many terminals have several characteristics in common and their resource definitions would be identical, the TCT may apply to a number of terminals. This model is used by CICS to create the necessary terminal definitions when the system is started.
|
||
|
|
</li>
|
||
|
|
<li>A terminal to be used for automatic transaction initiation.
|
||
|
|
</li>

||
